Submitting only the diploma without the transcript is a common reason files sit in incomplete status.
studieprogramma Study programme Required: Detailed per-course content descriptions for the training followedFallback: If unavailable, submit a written confirmation from the issuing institution together with the completed fiche ontbrekend studieprogramma (missing-programme form) The deeper the per-course breakdown, the easier the equivalence comparison against the Flemish reference programme.
toestemmingsformulier Consent form Required: Required only for European, Ukrainian, and American diplomasPurpose: Authorises NARIC-Vlaanderen to verify diploma authenticity directly with the issuing institution Without this form, diploma-authenticity verification cannot proceed and the dossier sits idle.
