Where to get: Purchase from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) via BizFile+
Required: Recent extract β older copies risk rejection if firm details have changed
The employer's HR or Employment Agent typically pulls this. It feeds COMPASS firm-profile scoring.
Verification proof for the candidate's qualifications (if applicable)
Where to get: A background-screening company that has an MOM reference number, the awarding institution's online portal, OpenCerts (.opencerts file), or a letter from the relevant professional body
Required: Not required if the qualification was already verified during a previous EP application
MOM will not accept the certificate itself, notary documents, self-translated screenshots, or unverifiable sources as the verification proof.
Up-to-date company turnover information for the past 3 years
Where to get: Maintained by the employer in the myMOM Portal β needs to be current at the time of renewal
Required: Stale figures depress the COMPASS firm-profile score
Profession-specific supporting documents (where applicable)
Where to get: Healthcare roles: registration with the Singapore Medical Council or equivalent. Legal roles: Legal Services Regulatory Authority. Football roles: the respective body. Roles in food establishments: the SFA foodshop licence QR-code page
Required: Only when the role falls within a regulated profession
