Passport bio page
Pass holder's passport (personal-particulars page)
Where to get: From the pass holder; current passport
Required: Scanned copy of the personal-particulars page
Validity: Passport must be valid for at least 7 months at renewal
Renewed pass duration is capped at 1 month before passport expiry. A passport with under 7 months left blocks renewal entirely; a passport with only 12-13 months left will produce a much shorter renewed pass than the maximum 3 years.
ACRA business profile (instant information)
Company business profile
Where to get: Bizfile+ (ACRA portal); often auto-pulled into the application
Required: Latest version registered with ACRA
If the ACRA registration has lapsed or company particulars have changed since the last filing, the renewal can be deferred for clarification.
Professional regulator supporting documents (conditional)
Required: Only for regulated professions
Examples: SDC for dentists, SMC for doctors, SNB for nurses, AGC for lawyers, sports-body letter for football players or coaches
MOM may also request other documents during review — the documents-required page states 'We may ask for other documents when we review the application.'
Foodshop licence documentation (conditional)
Required: For pass holders working in food establishments
Where to get: Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
MOM accepts a QR-code scan documenting foodshop-licence validity, or an Application for Foodshop Licence letter from SFA if the establishment is newly established.
English translation of any non-English document
Required: Combined with the original as a single file
Where to get: Notarised or certified translator
Non-English documents uploaded without a single-file English translation are commonly bounced back as 'further information required' — the file must be one combined upload, not two separate files.
