Swedish-language test certificate
Required from: Applicants aged 16-66 under post-reform rules — once UHR test is operational (officially delayed to October 2027)
Level: CEFR B1 in reading and listening, CEFR A2 in speaking and writing
Until the UHR test is operational, Migrationsverket has indicated the requirement applies formally from 6 June 2026 and compliance will be required once tests are available
